Chimpcharge is a publication for freelancers, solo operators, and small business owners. The kind of people who answer their own email, sign their own contracts, and chase their own invoices.

What we publish

Practical writing on pricing, contracts, taxes, marketing, hiring, and the daily mechanics of running a business that is mostly you. We are not trying to be everything to everyone. We pick topics that people in the trenches actually deal with, then we go deeper than a typical blog post.

What we believe

1. Good writing about business is honest about tradeoffs. Most advice online is decoration around a single anecdote.
2. Freelancers and small operators deserve the same level of craft that big tech companies get from their content shops.
3. You learn more from a candid story about what went wrong than from a generic listicle about what should go right.
